Three of us dreamed up how a "butter brand" could show up at one of the country's largest tech conferences, SXSW. We created an immersive interactive gallery that tested viewers knowledge, opened their eyes to food hunger, and taught them about emerging technology at Land O'Lakes.

Land O’Lakes had a problem, no one in tech wanted to work at their company because people only thought of them as a butter brand. The Food Effect at SXSW dove into the challenges and LOL solutions of feeding a rapidly growing population. I had to research some wild things like how DNA hacking can be used to enhance food production.
